What to include

Any of these that you know — none is required, and a message without them is still worth sending:

The device and iOS version (Settings → General → About).
The app version, shown at the foot of the Settings tab.
What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
If it is about one puzzle: the level number from the Levels tab.

Things that come up

A level looks impossible

Every level in Joinery is solved by a computer before it ships, and the move limit is set from that solution with room to spare — so a level that looks impossible has a solution, and it is usually a fusion that has to be avoided rather than made. Undoing the move you just made is always free.

My progress has gone

Progress is stored on the device and included in an iPhone backup, so restoring a backup restores it. It is not yet stored anywhere else, which means deleting the app deletes it, and a new phone set up from scratch starts again. Tell us if this has happened — it is the kind of thing worth knowing the frequency of.

I want my data deleted

There is none to delete: nothing leaves the device. Deleting the app removes everything it has ever stored. The privacy policy sets out exactly what those files are.
