Kerbmile

Your mileage is your biggest deduction. Most drivers never claim it.

Kerbmile records your drives, reads your receipts, and keeps the figures Making Tax Digital will ask you for.

Built for self-employed drivers and couriers in the UK — Uber, Bolt, Deliveroo, Just Eat, Amazon Flex. You are not an accountant and you do not want to become one. You want to know what you owe.

What it does

Where it is up to

Kerbmile is in development and not yet on the App Store. It is being built against HMRC's sandbox now, ahead of the April 2027 and April 2028 waves of Making Tax Digital for Income Tax.

Kerbmile is not endorsed by or affiliated with HMRC, and is not yet listed as compatible software. It prepares your figures; what you file is yours to file, and the numbers it shows are estimates rather than tax advice.

Your records stay yours

Receipts are read on your phone, never sent to a scanning service. Your location measures the length of a drive and does nothing else — no advertising identifiers, nothing sold, nothing shared for marketing. The database on your phone is encrypted, and deleting your account deletes everything, immediately.
